happy dogs.
saturday turned out to be just the day i dreamed of when i wrote in the morning. a leisurely start, a walk to the farmers market for some snacks and veggies, and then a relaxing day. jenna and i headed out to her family's camp for the day. we enjoyed reading by the water and a delicious lunch of pesto, tomato & goat cheese sammies, chips & fresh berries and cherries. then we headed out on a little hike in peacham with jenna's parents and the pups. it was beautiful! ice cream cones on the way back to camp, a refreshing swim, a bit more reading in the sun, and then we headed back to town. i finished the evening with a caprese salad & glass of vihno verde on the porch. what a perfect summer day.
